The Moscow Zoo is one of the largest and oldest zoos in Russia. It is located in the center of Moscow, not far from the Garden Ring. Its large territory has many pavilions, ponds and cubicles in which live thousands of species of animals.

The Central Moscow Hippodrome on Begovaya street was built in 1834 and became the first hippodrome in Russia. It is still one of the main and largest hippodromes in the country. It is considered the first trotting race track in the world.

The Kremlin is one of the biggest tourist attractions of Moscow and is the official residence of the Russian president. Its architectural complex is included on the World Heritage List of UNESCO.
